Holes.

Dear reader/s. On the first  day back from the school holidays we found a box with the word clues on it. We read the clues which were two shovels, Three lizards, one outlaw and one treasure chest. We wondered what they were for so we opened the box and found out that it was a book called Holes. We had the back cover read us by the teachers. Then the teachers read the first chapter of Holes. It is about a boy called Stanley Yelnats who is at  camp greenlake. Stanley is there because he stole shoes but he did,NT know he was stealing them. I knew it was going to be exciting. I hope you enjoyed my blog answer my question in a comment. Goodbye from Max.

Synonoms antanims and homaphones.

Hello people. Synonyms are  words that mean the same thing. Here is an example :  Black and dark. Here is another example about synonyms: Tall and big.  We watched this video about synonyms. The best part about synonyms are they make your work more interesting, because you can use more different ways of describing .
Here is my slide for my work.

Christchurch.

Hello reader/s. We went to the new library, then we walked for an hour before  we got to the Margaret Mahy playground and we ate lunch there and played, then walked back to the new library and  got into groups and made a Lego city. It was fun to make the Lego city. First we drew a plan of our city on paper showing were the roads and buildings would be. We then started, each different coloured Lego block represented a different building or area of our city. Do you like building with Lego? Goodbye from Max.
